PUHLEEZE!!

I just realized that including “Former (?) Supporter” might encourage some folks receiving these emails to not give.

So, just please understand this: We need your help so we can give to all the key races around the country — in addition to the ones up and down the ticket that we’ve identified as important, promising, or both. Last cycle we were able to give out hundreds of thousands of dollars and help make the difference in a number of successful campaigns.

With your help (or maybe not), we’ve already been able to provide support to some of the candidates and organizations doing the real work needed to win and keep winning. Like the Democratic Association of Secretaries of State, EMILY’s List, Peggy Flanagan (MN Senate), Josh Riley (NY-19), and Susan Crawford’s race for Wisconsin Supreme Court.

We will continue to seek out, raise, and give to organizations that strengthen our party’s foundation and turn folks out come Election Day. 

But we can only help to the extent that you help MVP.

Somehow, it’s been 20 years since I started Midwest Values PAC to help Democrats win elections — from progressive organizations to state legislatures to Congress to the White House — who share the values I grew up with in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.

Since 2006, Midwest Values PAC has invested more than $4 million in 341 candidates and organizations — and counting. 

Of course, none of this happens without you (or supporters like you) who care enough to pitch in.

As we mark our 20th anniversary, the work is more urgent than ever. This year, we have a big job: flip the House, take the Senate, and win up and down the ballot at the state and local level.

To mark our 20th year, we’ve set an ambitious goal: 26,000 contributions by Election Day 2026.
