Guess what!

Last month, I told you about some of the organizations MVP has been contributing to, and with three weeks until Election Day, my team has been checking in with them. And guess what — a lot of them are facing fundraising gaps.

When you contribute to MVP, you help us help these organizations between now and Election Day. Organizations like:

  • Tech for Campaigns, which provides state-level Democratic campaigns with high-quality digital-marketing support to reach voters
  • LUCHA, an Arizona group that’s fighting for social, racial, and economic progress for Arizonans by registering voters and turning them out to the polls
  • Unite Here, the union representing hospitality workers that’s running a robust field operation in key battleground states

Of course, we’re also sending money to candidates like Wisconsin Sen. Tammy Baldwin, Ohio Sen. Sherrod Brown, and Vice President Kamala Harris. 

The work these organizations and campaigns are doing is critical — especially in the final push to Election Day. Chip in so we can get money out the door ASAP to support the people who are on the doors in must-win battlegrounds.

P.S. In the email below, I said I wouldn’t ask for contributions again before the deadline. That was true. Now, we’re past that deadline and I’m asking for contributions again!

Somehow, it’s been 20 years since I started Midwest Values PAC to help Democrats win elections — from progressive organizations to state legislatures to Congress to the White House — who share the values I grew up with in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.

Since 2006, Midwest Values PAC has invested more than $4 million in 341 candidates and organizations — and counting. 

Of course, none of this happens without you (or supporters like you) who care enough to pitch in.

As we mark our 20th anniversary, the work is more urgent than ever. This year, we have a big job: flip the House, take the Senate, and win up and down the ballot at the state and local level.

To mark our 20th year, we’ve set an ambitious goal: 26,000 contributions by Election Day 2026.
