I hate to be the bearer of bad news but…

The Trump administration is moving forward with plans to skirt past legal challenges and create a national voter database as part of its broader effort to restrict voting access.
One proposal would require states to hand over voter registration information to the federal government. Another would allow the administration to pressure states that refuse to cooperate by threatening mail voting access.
If this sounds alarming, that’s because it is.
Trump and Republicans know their agenda isn’t particularly popular, that’s why they’re trying to use their power to cheat.
That’s why organizations fighting for voting rights, protecting election access, and winning secretary of state races is so important. It’s also why Midwest Values PAC makes these investments.
Trump and his henchmen are going to do everything they can to steal the midterm elections. MVP is working to make sure we leave nothing to chance.

P.S. Even the American Postal Workers Union is “deeply alarmed” by the Postal Service’s new rule aimed at carrying out President Trump’s restrictions on mail-in voting. They called it “an unconstitutional attack on the millions of Americans who vote by mail.” When the people whose job is delivering the ballots start sounding the alarm, it’s probably worth paying attention.
