You may have heard that Trump’s Border Czar, Tom Homan, announced the end of ICE’s immigration crackdown in MN. Well, we haven’t seen any evidence of that.

It’s quieter now, and that makes it tempting to think the whole thing blew over. But talk to immigrant families, and you’ll hear a different story. The fear didn’t vanish. It just packed up and moved to the suburbs and small towns.
And ICE’s racist, heavy-handed agenda continues to ripple through entire communities. It affects our economy. It affects our schools. It affects people’s mental health and their sense of safety. The trauma is real and recovery will take a long time.

ICE may be less visible in Minnesota right now. But the impact on families hasn’t gone away. And that means we can’t go away either.
Because of supporters like you, Midwest Values PAC was able to invest an additional $30,000 — on top of the $150,000 we’ve already committed — to Minnesota organizations doing critical, on-the-ground work for families who need it most.
Now I’m hoping we can give another $20,000 so these groups can keep providing legal help, workplace support, food, rent assistance, and community outreach.
Now is the time for us to step up — not step back.
Thanks for standing with Minnesotans,
Al
P.S. Minnesotans will keep standing up for their neighbors until we KNOW the 3,000 agents are gone. We are stubborn like that.
