Vermin

Sorry to call you vermin. But if you support Midwest Values PAC, I guess you are one of us.

You see, at a speech recently, Donald Trump pledged that he “will root out the Communists, Marxists, fascists, and the radical left thugs that live like vermin within the confines of our country.”

So, whether you are a Communist (unlikely), Marxist (unlikely, but possible, I guess), fascist (very, very unlikely), or a radical left thug (quite possible) who gives to MVP, I want you to remember that your contributions help not only candidates at all levels and strengthen democratic infrastructure in general, but also the ground game in key battleground states. 

Which means your support will help defeat Donald Trump next November.

P.S. I hope you had a happy Thanksgiving. And that next Thanksgiving you’ll be happy we defeated this authoritarian jerk. Yeah. That’s right. I called him a jerk.

Somehow, it’s been 20 years since I started Midwest Values PAC to help Democrats win elections — from progressive organizations to state legislatures to Congress to the White House — who share the values I grew up with in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
