Jack Conway, Kentucky’s Attorney General, is running as a Democrat for the United States Senate with a plan to create jobs and opportunity, reduce the deficit and restore fiscal responsibility to Wall Street and Washington.
Conway has an outstanding record of getting positive results for Kentucky. Since taking office he has created a cybercrimes unit to keep Kentuckians safer online, and the state’s first statewide prescription drug task force, which participated in the largest bust in Kentucky’s history. Under Conway’s leadership Medicaid fraud has been reduced, elder abuse prosecutions have tripled and utility ratepayers have been saved over $100 million.
Conway and his wife Elizabeth are raising their new daughter Eva in Jack’s hometown of Louisville, Ky. Because he was born and raised in the Commonwealth, Conway understands the unique needs of the state.
It is time for Kentucky to have a new generation of leadership. Now is not the time for “business-as-usual” politics and politicians. Now is the time for bold ideas and a new vision. Jack Conway will provide that leadership.
